Free Shipping, Worldwide

Every ETRNAL order ships free. No minimum spend.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other supported countries shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
