How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for a full chest, waist, and weight breakdown. If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer call for a relaxed fit.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the other countries shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility where not collected at checkout.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; faulty or incorrect items are on us. See Shipping & Returns for the full process.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll send an update.

How do I care for my ETRNAL pieces?
Check the care label on each garment. As a general rule: cold wash, avoid the dryer where possible, and iron on low heat for cottons and linens.
